I’m Helen Harding, a coach-mentor and trainer specialising in helping therapists, coaches, and healers find clients, make an impact, and succeed on their terms.
I'm a chartered marketer, author, speaker and content creator with over 30 years of experience working in marketing – I've spent the last 15 years specialising in complementary and alternative medicine businesses.
I'm trusted by individual practitioners, their training organisations and professional bodies to support them to build ethical holistic businesses, the right way.

I'VE WALKED IN YOUR SHOES!
After years of working in marketing and feeling very stuck, I followed my interest in personal development and retrained as a practitioner.
Sudden redundancy meant I found myself self-employed and whilst I had business and marketing skills – I’d always worked behind the scenes, shining the spotlight on others. The idea of me being visible was terrifying!
I knew I had powerful ways to help my clinical clients but I realised the only way I’d ever be successful was to do mindset work to build confidence and trust in myself.
I also recognised that instead of trying to force my own marketing by conforming to the latest marketing trends, my success would come from creating my own marketing recipe.
I was one of the success stories of my cohort and got to experience firsthand the joy of watching clients transform their lives and recognising the role I played in facilitating it. Within four years of graduating, I was earning a living as a holistic practitioner, working three days a week but earning the equivalent of a full-time salary. Sadly, many of my peers returned to employment, leaving their dreams behind.
I’ve always loved marketing, but my fellow practitioners struggled, and many were hiding in the shadows. After 14 years, I retired from my clinical work to focus on supporting other practitioners to grow their holistic businesses as this is where I could have the greatest impact.
There's so much information out there - endless experts telling you to follow their formula - it's hard to know what to do, and who to believe. It’s my mission to help you cut through the BS and build a holistic business that you’re proud of and make the positive impact you desire by creating your own unique recipe.
MY EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
I worked in marketing before the Apple Mac was even invented!
Qualified Graphic Designer – in the days when you used a pen and a drawing board!
Production Controller – basically project managing a 300+ page monthly catalogue.
Print and Packaging Buyer - overseeing a £2M budget of anything that was printed from leaflets to boxes and exhibition stands.
Professional Marketer - trained with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and I’ve continued to maintain my status as a Chartered Marketer for over 20 years.
Studio Manager – the fun and challenges of managing creatives.
Head of Brand – big goals, long meetings, and immense pressure – I really don’t miss those days!

Qualified in clinical hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP master practitioner and discovering the power of the mind-body connection – I was hooked!
I spent 14 years specialising in delivering the Lightning Process ® and was one of the most experienced practitioners in the world.
I sat on the Professional Conduct Committee and was an examiner and mentor to the next generation of practitioners.
I totally get the thrill of seeing clients transform their health and wellbeing. And knowing you played a part in their transformation, and how that will positively affect everyone in their world.

Middlesex University – designed and delivered an 8-week programme on business and marketing to the complementary and alternative medicine students.
Book Contract – a publisher was on my mailing list and having read my content, I was offered a contract to write my book!
Speaking at Events – I started speaking at events held by professional bodies to support their members.
College of Osteopaths – I wrote and delivered practical marketing and business workshops as a visiting expert.
Maximum Impact – I made the difficult decision to stop working as a practitioner and focus on helping other practitioners step out of the shadows and shine.

Mad Dog Lady
I love my dogs! Fawkes came to live with us from the Dogs Trust and from the start, he's given me the best cuddles.
Garden Office Hideaway
Most days you'll find me tucked away at the end of the garden. I not only get to work from home, I'm surrounded by nature and get daily wildlife visitors.
