Join me for my 12-week, one-to-one coaching and mentoring programme and be guided to create your own recipe for your marketing and business - one that's based on you, your values, and your strengths.
Think of me as your business partner – I’ll understand you and your business so I can support you in a way that’s right for you. Each session will be led by what you and your business need most to succeed (no cookie-cutter approaches here!) and create a recipe that works for you - one that’s aligned and accelerates your progress.
During our time together I’ll help you spot opportunities and identify ways to streamline your business, whilst working with the time and resources you have available. You’ll receive honest guidance and feedback; practical strategies and expert know-how to get you and your business thriving.

What’s included:
- Pre-call survey before the first call to help us make the most of our time together.
- Six 60-minute sessions on Zoom (one every two weeks).
- A written summary of each session along with your plan of action and any resources discussed.
- Video recording of each session.
- Email support and feedback on the action you take between sessions.
- Accountability check-ins between calls.

Step 1 - Book your place
Schedule a time that suits you to start your journey, complete the short survey and pay for your programme
Step 2 - Preparing for the programme
You’ll receive my guide on making the most from the programme. I’ll review your survey answers and do any research needed in advance of our first meeting
Step 3 - Our first call
We’ll get clear on your goals for the programme and this session, investigate the options available to you, answer your questions and create your personalised plan of action. At the end of the call, we’ll book the next sessions in our diaries.
Step 4 - Follow-up email
I'll send you a written summary of our session along with your plan of action and any resources discussed, and a link to access the recording.
Step 5 - Support between sessions
Receive email support and feedback on the action you take between our sessions, get your questions answered and be kept on track with your progress.

"I’ve always been wary of marketing people because of the “you must do this or that” message. Helen’s throwaway line was: “marketing could be fun” and suggested I play to my strengths rather than do as I’d been told but unwilling to do. I chose to engage her to get me on track even thought I couldn’t afford to.
We arranged our first appointment. I got my array of incomplete marketing materials together (there were lots) and we went through them bit by bit. There were some great pieces but together they were totally inconsistent. Helen had me focus on my message, my authenticity and what I bring to my work.

I’m a chartered marketer, author, speaker, and content creator specialising in helping holistic practitioners find clients and succeed on their terms.
Having spent 14 years working full-time as a practitioner in health and wellbeing, I understand the joy of watching clients transform their lives and knowing the role you played in helping them. I also know what it takes to be successful.
But it wasn’t always that way, whilst I had business and marketing skills – I’d always worked behind the scenes, shining the spotlight on others. The idea of me being visible was terrifying!
It took a lot of mindset work to build my confidence and trust in myself. I recognised that instead of trying to force my marketing and conform to the latest marketing trends, success came from creating my own recipe for my business.
