Join me live for a practical half-day workshop and I will help you create your simple plan ready for 2025, so you know where to direct your marketing efforts. Imagine being able to relax knowing what you need to do to succeed this year.

Think of it as a mini-retreat for you and your business - find a quiet space, have a selection of your favourite snacks, and join other like-minded holistic business owners to connect with, bounce ideas off, and plan the impact you want to make in 2025.

A simple plan will help you focus your efforts and support you to make good decisions in your business. It identifies the steps you need to take in order to achieve your ambitions and be successful - on your terms. And it will help you select the right marketing activities based on your strengths and available resources.

During this 4-hour live, practical workshop, we will cover:

  • Getting clear about your ambition for your business
  • Deciding your goals for 2025 (including the scary money ones)
  • Reviewing your marketing options
  • Creating your overview plan for 2025 that works with your personal and work commitments
  • Creating a 90-day action plan (the first quarter of the year) that you can implement
  • How to review and update your action plan for the rest of 2024 to keep you focussed

You’ll finish the session with your personalised plan and knowing what you need to do to succeed in 2025.

  • Live, interactive workshop at 10am on Sunday 8th December 2024 on Zoom
  • Comprehensive workbook/planner including preparation suggestions and questions to help you make the most of the session, templates to complete during the workshop, and space to continue your planning throughout 2025
