A scarcity mindset is when you focus on what you don’t have, rather than what you do. Scarcity can be about anything you’re not feeling good about including your health, time, money, or love.

Scarcity creates stress and anxiety and can creep into all areas of your life and work. When you believe something is scarce, you’ll completely miss opportunities that present, and it’ll leave you feeling defeated.

Even if you’re doing really well and have a scarcity mindset – it will never be enough.
